Three Keys to Developing as a Coach

  1. Bring enthusiasm and passion everday to your coaching profession

  2. Important to find a great mentor – someone you can lean on for advice

  3. Have high standards – not rules – for your team and yourself

"Do a great job where you are presently at in the coaching profession and people will notice.  Opportunities will come your way.  Keep learning."

- Don Showalter
