About Laura:
Laura has more than 25 years experience in leadership development, coaching and training in large companies as well as entrepreneurial and non-profit organizations. In her 10+ years at T-Mobile she contributed to the growth and success of leaders across departments, locations and responsibilities.
While at Nike, Inc. she delivered powerful coaching programs for up and coming leaders across the nation. While working for Whitman College with students, she created and facilitated student leadership programs empowering students with enhanced skills and tools, greatly increasing their capacity to lead others.
Laura helps teams and groups come together through retreats, expert facilitation, and transformative workshops. She coaches leaders and their teams to create a symphony of success. An adventurer at heart, Laura seeks to find deep connections that bring aliveness to organizations and individuals. She has great capacity for being with, connecting to, listening deeply and creating safe spaces for clients.
Laura has a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Counseling and Guidance from Cal Poly State University- San Luis Obispo and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA.
