About Peg:
Peg Hamlett is the Director of Fitness & Recreation at the University of Idaho Student Recreation Center. Dr. Hamlett also teaches for the Movement Science Department. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Idaho in Sport Pedagogy and Character Ethics. Her Master’s degree was Interdisciplinary in Recreation Administration, Sport Science and Nutrition.
With over 25 years of teaching experience Dr. Hamlett’s passion is about helping students and clients find their love of fitness and wellness and finding a balance in home, work and social life. She has presented as numerous national conferences and is a Subject Matter Expert for the American Council on Exercise.
