Maxing Out: What it Takes to Make a Career in Strength and Conditioning
Co-presenters Jayson Gibb and Brian Elzie will share strategies and tactics for making a career in the strength and conditioning field. Through personal examples, the audience will learn about how to overcome challenges facing professionals and current trends in the field.

About Jayson:
Jayson Gibb joined Washington State University as a graduate assistant prior to the 2018-19 year. Gibb has gained experience in the field as a graduate assistant for Weber State University assisting with Football and overseeing direct exercise regiments for men and women’s tennis, and cross country. Prior to Weber State, Gibb was at the University of South Carolina as a football strength and condition intern.
Gibb is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as being a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certified. Gibb attained his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Washington State in 2017 with a minor in Strength and Conditioning.
