About Brandon:

Brandon “Beeg” Johnson is a Recreation Coordinator with Lewiston Parks and Recreation. Beeg has been in Recreation since 2001 working for several Parks and Recreation departments in Western Washington. Before being in Recreation full time, Beeg was a high school and American Legion pitching and catching coach for 10 years. Since 2009, has worked for Lewiston Parks and Recreation and is currently in charge of Youth and Community programming for the Lewis-Clark Valley.  Beeg has worked with children, teens, adults, and seniors throughout his recreation career.   Through his six years at Lewiston Parks and Recreation Beeg has concentrated heavily on expanding youth and family programming, program sponsorships, and department public relations.

 

Beeg is deeply involved with leadership within the Lewis-Clark Valley. He is a part of numerous community committees and boards throughout Lewiston. He is also leads marketing and public relation efforts for the department and is the Staff Liaison for the City of Lewiston Youth Advisory Commission. Beeg also runs corporate and team building events on behalf of the department and has had the opportunity to speak to hundreds of local teens about community involvement. Beeg lives and in Lewiston, ID with his wife Tanya and two sons Jaxon (9), Easton (7).
